MindHealing® Moon Mná Circle offers a beautiful opportunity to set aside precious time each month to commune with the ancient wisdom of Grandmother Moon while stepping into a worldwide community of women.
We gather online each month to explore the wisdom of the Divine Feminine, the Goddesses, the natural cycles of the Moon, and the ancient ways of our foremothers.
Perhaps you feel a deep inner longing to reconnect with something that has been forgotten or set aside.
Perhaps you sense that women carry an ancient wisdom that has not always been valued or heard. Many of us grow up absorbing messages that we are somehow less than, and those messages can quietly shape how we see ourselves and the value we place on our own wisdom, voices, bodies and intuition.

Throughout the year, we will attune to the Archetypal Goddesses and explore the many faces and qualities of the Divine Feminine in the company of like-hearted women. Through ceremony, reflection, storytelling, ritual, and connection with nature, we create space to honour and bring forward a vital and empowered part of ourselves.

The Benefits of Lunar Gatherings
Many Moons ago, women were welcomed into womanhood through the guidance of their Elders and through sacred ceremony. The transitions of a woman's life could be witnessed, honoured, and celebrated within community.
Rather than receiving little guidance about our changing bodies and the mysteries of womanhood, our foremothers could be surrounded by women who had walked the path before them.
The MindHealing®️ Moon Mná (women's) Circle invites us to reclaim some of that sense of community and connection.
Through the special Rites of Passage you are given an opportunity to awaken what already lives within you — your intuition, inner authority, wisdom, creativity, sensuality, strength, compassion, and connection to the natural world.
It is our birthright to explore what it means to be sovereign, empowered, and loving women.
Over the course of our journey together, we will explore these qualities and so much more within a community of women who seek to know themselves more deeply and reconnect with the wisdom carried by generations before us.
What I Will Be Offering
The Lunar Gathering
Each month, we will introduce a Divine Feminine theme inspired by the Archetypal Goddesses of Ireland or by qualities and attributes of the Divine Feminine.
These gatherings are designed to illuminate our personal sovereignty and inner authority — qualities that can so easily become dormant or overlooked in the busyness of everyday life.
Each Lunar Gathering will include:
🌙 Opening Sacred Space
We begin by honoring the directions and creating a sacred container for our gathering.
🌙 Hand Casting Ceremony
A symbolic ceremony connecting us with intention, presence, and the energy of the gathering.
🌙 Ritual Cleansing
An opportunity to release what no longer serves us and prepare ourselves to enter sacred space.
🌙 Divine Feminine Theme
We explore the month's Goddess or Divine Feminine theme through storytelling, reflection, discussion, and personal exploration.
🌙 Offering or Blessing Practice
A simple practice to help us embody the month's theme and carry its wisdom into our lives.
🌙 Circle Sharing
We gather in community using a talking woman or sacred talking stick, creating space for each woman's voice to be heard and witnessed.
🌙 Elemental Ceremony & Chant
We connect with the elements through ritual, sound, movement, and intention.
🌙 Soul Moment
A quiet moment to turn inward, listen deeply, and notice what is calling for our attention.
🌙 Uncasting & Closing the Circle
We respectfully close our sacred space, release the circle, and carry what we have received back into our everyday lives.
A Journey of Remembering
Moon Mná is not about becoming someone different.
It is about creating the space to remember who you are.
To listen to your own inner wisdom.
To reconnect with your body, your intuition, nature, and the ancient feminine.
To be witnessed by other women.
And perhaps, Moon by Moon, to reclaim a little more of the sovereignty that has always been yours.
